POSH always provides Flat-Rate Pricing. As a customer you will be confident knowing exactly what areas will be cleaned at a firm price - before work commences.

You will NOT have the risk of purchasing services by the hour - relying on the speed of the Cleaning Technicians to determine how much gets cleaned - then perhaps having to purchase more hours if they fall short!

With the combination of Flat-Rate Pricing and a Service Guarantee you can rest assured you will receive value.

All services are priced according to the job, after we have assessed your needs. Please contact us for your customized quote today!

Estimates given prior to us viewing your home are approximate - based on the info you have provided. Your quoted price becomes firm once we have personally done a walk-through of your home.

This is typically done on the day of your booked service visit, before work commences...unless you have arranged for a pre-service assessment visit with us.

Light Commercial Cleaning

POSH does clean some commercial spaces – these are smaller spaces such as salons, boutique retail stores, and professional offices – those of architects, doctors, insurance agencies, etc.. They are small enough that we can bring the personal touch of residential cleaning, along with the attention to detail.

Light Commercial Cleaning

Posh does clean some commercial spaces – these are smaller spaces such as salons, boutique retail stores, and professional offices – those of architects, doctors, insurance agencies, etc.. They are small enough that we can bring the personal touch of residential cleaning, along with the attention to detail.

More About POSH Integrity Pricing

Our MINIMUM Service Visit Fees are:

$160 for Recurring, and $325 for one-time/ occasional.

Late Payment Fee

POSH charges a late-payment fee of $10 if payment is not received on the day of service, and an additional $10 for each week (7-days) that payment is not received thereafter.

$50 Booking Deposit

We request a $50 deposit (includes HST), to be paid via credit card, the first time you reserve a service-visit with POSH. You will receive an email from POSH upon booking which outlines the date/ time, price (+HST) and related details.

This deposit is automatically deducted from your payment on the day of service. The $50 deposit is REFUNDABLE until 48 hours prior to your reservation, after this time the $50 would serve as a cancellation fee. The deposit is only required the very first time you book with POSH - you may make reservations in future without a deposit.

Service Guarantee

POSH strives to provide the highest level of quality, service and value to each and every customer. If you are not completely satisfied, please inform us within 24 hours of your service and we will re-clean the area or correct the situation to your satisfaction.

SMART CUSTOMERS READ THE SMALL PRINT!

POSH only cleans pest-free homes.

Please refer to our 'Client Info Sheet' for more important information.

POSH staff are equipped with 2-step ladders and super-extended dusters - we will do our best to clean above 8', however there is no guarantee.

POSH will not move heavy appliances or furniture over 35lbs - per our health & safety policy, and to avoid scratched floors! We will do our best to reach under/behind; you may also move very heavy furniture/appliances for our staff.

We will do our best on light-fixtures & ceiling-fans with delicate dusting and wiping, however light-fixtures are very fragile, expensive to replace, and pose an electrical hazard. They will not be taken apart. Ask POSH about specialized full-service specific to light-fixtures.

POSH staff are not able to work in any home where contractors/ movers or construction is active - if we arrive and are unable to clean as such our cancellation-fee applies.

POSH only cleans inside, finished, living spaces - we are not able to clean outside or unfinished areas.

POSH services offered do not include laundry or dishes.

Hot running water must be available.

Green Cleaning Service

If you are an advocate of protecting our environment, or concerned about the effect that cleaning agents may have on the people who live in your home, POSH can offer you our Green Cleaning Service

As it is - none of the cleaning agents that POSH regularly uses are very harsh. Some of the regular cleaning agents that POSH uses are made from renewable, biological sources. However, upon your request POSH will use ONLY environmentally safe products for your home.

These eco-friendly cleaning products are more expensive, and they are not quite as effective as regular cleaning agents – some more wiping, scrubbing and time is required to get your surfaces clean. For these reasons POSH adds about 15% to our typical rates for our Green Cleaning Service.
