In addition to home owners, Posh’ clientèle includes contractors, restoration companies, real estate brokerages, landlords, student housing and property management companies who require residential cleaning.
Please note, Posh services offered do not include laundry or dishes.
Posh Integrity Pricing
Posh always provides Flat-Rate Pricing. As a customer you will be confident knowing exactly what areas will be cleaned at a firm price - before work commences.
You will NOT have the risk of purchasing services by the hour - relying on the speed of the Cleaning Technicians to determine how much gets cleaned - then perhaps having to purchase more hours if they fall short!
With the combination of Flat-Rate Pricing and a Service Guarantee you can rest assured you will receive value.

Our Minimum Service Visit Fees are:
$95 for Recurring, and $195 for one-time/ occasional.
$50 Booking Deposit
We request a $50 deposit, to be paid via credit card, the first time you reserve a service-visit with Posh. You will receive an email from Posh upon booking which outlines the date/ time, price (+HST) and related details.
This deposit is automatically deducted from your payment on the day of service. The $50 deposit is REFUNDABLE until 48 hours prior to your reservation, after this time the $50 would serve as a cancellation fee. The deposit is only required the very first time you book with Posh - you may make reservations in future without a deposit.
Late Payment Fee
Posh charges a late-payment fee of $10 if payment is not received on the day of service, and an additional $10 for each week (7-days) that payment is not received thereafter.

• Please refer to our 'Client Info Sheet' for more important information.
• Posh staff are equipped with 2-step ladders and super-extended dusters - we will do our best to clean above 8', however there is no guarantee.
• Posh will not move heavy appliances or furniture over 35lbs - per our health & safety policy, and to avoid scratched floors! We will do our best to reach under/behind; you may also move very heavy furniture/appliances for our staff.
• We will do our best on light-fixtures & ceiling-fans with delicate dusting and wiping, however light-fixtures are very fragile, expensive to replace, and pose an electrical hazard. They will not be taken apart. Ask Posh about specialized full-service specific to light-fixtures.
• Posh staff are not able to work in any home where contractors/ movers or construction is active - if we arrive and are unable to clean as such our cancellation-fee applies.
• Posh only cleans inside, finished, living spaces - we are not able to clean outside or unfinished areas.
• Hot running water must be available.
• Posh services offered do not include laundry or dishes.

Posh does clean some commercial spaces – these are smaller spaces such as salons, boutique retail stores, and professional offices – those of architects, doctors, insurance agencies, etc.. They are small enough that we can bring the personal touch of residential cleaning, along with the attention to detail.
